Presently Justin holds the position of Vice President of Public Relations for Toastmasters International, Red Bank, NJ Chapter. After evaluating agents sitting a particular site, a program can be developed that identifies with surgical precision areas that might need to be uncovered. A variety of training modules can be woven together for a program or be delivered stand alone. They can be directed to a large audience or site specific.
Outreach Speaking: Whether it is an annual awards dinner, an industry or trade show, a first time buyer’s seminar, or a broker outreach event, Justin can motivate and educate. His room presence and delivery will keep the audience attentive to get your meeting jump started or to put on the finishing touches. As a master of ceremonies or backup speaker, Justin can both take charge or hang back to support the programs subject matter as a whole.
Personal Development and Growth: Justin has been a member of the Anthony Robbins community for close to half a decade. He has been formally trained as a growth coach through his own business and life experiences that were tempered with the constructive criticism and inspiring leadership of some truly wonderful souls whom have imparted great wisdom and the tools to overcome almost any adversity both personally and professionally.
